Hi Christian,
Thanks for getting in touch with us today.
We would love to help you with that query.
It seems my colleagues over at MyThemeShop have already replied to you answering a few questions. They have already mentioned why Google might not sometimes show the data you have provided in the SERPs for title and meta description.
I see you have shared your logins so we only need to determine if what you are using in Rank Math is being output correctly in the page’s source for Google and Facebook to pick.
I will take the liberty of picking a few random posts for troubleshooting.
1. In your post titled 15 Emergency Services & Defence Discount Offers [Australia]
– you have used the below details in Rank Math:
Title: 15 Emergency Services & Defence Discount Offers [Australia]
Description: The Best Discount Offers Available to Australian/NZ Firefighters, Police Officers, Paramedics, Emergency Services Volunteers, and Defence/Military (ADF)
Let’s see if they are being output correctly:
a. The page’s source code shows it correctly:
b. Showing the correct details in MetaTags.io:
c. As well as Facebook:
2. In your post titled: 9 Community First Responder Apps Which Save Lives (CPR Alerts)
You are using these details in Rank Math:
a. Data in source code:
b. In MetaTags.io:
c. In Facebook:
Based on this, I can see Rank Math is outputting the information correctly.
The reason it is not showing up in Google is that they use what they think is most relevant to the search query.
If you use a generic query like your URL, you will see even Google shows the data correctly which means they are seeing the data but choosing to ignore it anyway:
Feel free to get it checked using any audit tools and it will show the same information Rank Math is putting.
Here is how you can avoid Google from rewriting your meta descriptions:

Hope that answers your questions and clears any confusions you had.
