Meta Descriptions Not Updating via Plugin

    All our blogs (around 710 in total) are hosted on WordPress, and we’ve been using rankmath plugin to update the meta content. It was working fine earlier. However, I recently noticed that the meta descriptions are not updating as intended—they’re instead pulling the first few lines of the blog content rather than the custom meta descriptions we’ve added.

    Could you help us understand why this might be happening? Is it possible that some setting is misconfigured?

    I’ve attached a video that might help troubleshoot the issue.

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The meta description you marked in the screencast is not generated by the Rank Math plugin. If you look closely, you’ll see there are duplicate meta tags on your page, and the meta description generated by Rank Math is correct. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

    It seems like the duplicate meta tags are added by your theme or any other plugin you’re using on your website. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your websites, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it.
