    Hi,

    we have a recent problem. On two pages the rank math meta descriptions not showing anymore on any site in the source of the page. We have rank math pro on both pages, but unfortunately we can’t find with which E-mail we bought it. I also can’t find any invoice. ( I think its on a***********@g********, if that’s important)

    Also we are not able to update the pro version because of this error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    3. Firewall Settings: If you have a firewall, it might be blocking access to Rank Math files. Make sure to whitelist the following URLs:
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead

    Update Error

    Regarding the update error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10), this typically indicates a problem with the zip file being used for the update. Here are some steps you can take:

    We found a Rank Math PRO subscription under the email address you’ve shared but it has already expired. If you want to use the PRO subscription again, you’ll have to purchase it from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/

    Regarding the meta description, we checked your website and we can confirm the meta description tag is not getting added. This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
