Meta Descriptions Not Showing
If the meta descriptions are not appearing in the source of your pages, it could be due to several reasons:
- Caching Issues: Ensure that any caching plugins or server-side caching are cleared.
- Theme or Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins or themes can conflict with Rank Math. You can check for conflicts by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme.
- Firewall Settings: If you have a firewall, it might be blocking access to Rank Math files. Make sure to whitelist the following URLs:

Update Error
Regarding the update error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10), this typically indicates a problem with the zip file being used for the update. Here are some steps you can take:
- Manual Update: You can manually download the latest version of Rank Math Pro from your account (once you regain access) and upload it via FTP.
- Check File Permissions: Ensure that your WordPress installation has the correct file permissions set, which can sometimes cause issues with updates.
- Contact Hosting Provider: If the issue persists, it may be worth reaching out to your hosting provider to check if there are any server-side issues affecting the update process.
Account Access
If you are unable to find the email associated with your Rank Math Pro purchase, we recommend checking any email accounts you may have used during the purchase process. If you believe it might be under a***********@g********, try searching for any emails from Rank Math in that inbox.

We found a Rank Math PRO subscription under the email address you’ve shared but it has already expired. If you want to use the PRO subscription again, you’ll have to purchase it from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/
Regarding the meta description, we checked your website and we can confirm the meta description tag is not getting added. This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
