Are you using some cache plugin? If so, could you try to empty the cache and check if now it is showing the right description in the front-end?
You can check easily the current meta description of a URL using https://www.heymeta.com/

As a side note, I have noticed that what you say it is your meta description (“⚡%title% – Just %wc_price% ⚡Get The Best Deal Here With Lucus Likes Fashion”) is showing as the meta title.
So you should check if you entered the meta description you want in the right input, just in case.
