From your screenshot, it seems that the post type doesn’t include support for the editor, and when that happens, our plugin can’t update the preview correctly.
If you want to enable the preview, you may also need to add editor support for all your custom post types.
Here’s a sample image where you can enable it in the CPT UI plugin
If you’re using a different plugin or theme to generate the post type, then you may get in touch with their team to assist you with that.
