Meta description for categories

    Hi,
    I wrote descriptions for every category (of custom CPT). RankMath shows snippet preview with that description, but in reality, Google and Facebook shows my website’s main page’s meta description for these categories. How do I fix this?

    Hi,

    Please set PORT to 22 for FTP.

    This theme’s metadata works perfectly without RankMath, so I don’t think it’s theme’s fault. But I’ll ask for theme’s authors why SEO plugin can’t detect categories description.

    Glad that they were able to resolve the issue. You can as well request them to push their fix on their next update so that other users may not encounter this as well.
