meta description desappears

    Hi,
    The meta description was taken into your plugin but there is no way to have them appearing in the source code of my homepage…And meta keywords and canonical url, neither.

    When I deactivate RanMath, meta description/keywords/canonical url (introduced through Divi) show up in the coding source of my website.

    For sure, there is a bug in your plugin that causes this kind of problem.
    Please, could you figure it out and tell me?

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hi,
    I followed the instructions you told me and it seems that the problem persists.
    There is a problem/bug by using your plugin and Divi.

    In the sensitive Data block, I am attaching the temporary url copied from the “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin.

    Hello,

    Upon making tests on your website, I was able to replicate this issue. It seems the Extra dive theme does add some data that disables the canonical URL of the home page.

    There are some modifications done on your server end as well.

    This seems to be an issue with the theme as it seems to be adding a function that triggers the display of these sections.

    I have also tested this with other SEO plugins like Yoast and the same seems to happen.

    Kindly consult the theme developer regarding this for further assistance.
