Meta description and Accent

    Hi. Configuring the plugin to use the wordpress excerpt, the Meta description doesn’t have accents.
    Words such as “são”, “olá” appears as: “sao”, “ola”
    Is there any way to make the %excerpt% keep the accents?

    There might be a character encoding issue on your end since the accents work as expected on my end. This is how I have configured the the settings:
