If you have checked for conflicts and JavaScript errors but are still experiencing issues, it may be necessary to check your server settings or any security features that might be blocking the requests.

For initial troubleshooting, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes. If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be caused by a conflict with one of your plugins/theme.
