    As you’ve already excluded the routes from Cloudflare, please clear your website, browser, and server’s cache (if any) and see if that helps.

    If the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    I tried to log in to your Cloudflare account but it seems you have 2-factor authentication.

    I tried with the backup codes, but they are not working.

    Could you please turn 2FA off so we can check?

    I have disabled 2fa on Cloudflare. still, I am not sure Cloudflare will send OTP. if they see new login from a different region.

    I have added my mail id to the sensitive information.

    I tried to login into your Cloudflare account but the 2FA still seems to be active. I’ve added a screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    Please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the updateMeta route does not get blocked by Cloudflare or any other service.

    Cloudflare blocks login from unauthorised ip addresses.

    Can I get your mail id are WhatsApp number so that i can forward that otp when got that code?

    If I pause Cloudflare for my website then it is working.

    You can send the code here in the sensitive data section when you receive it. Let us know when you are available so we can check. However, if pausing Cloudflare fixes the issue then there must be something wrong with the page rule configuration.

    I have tried many options but it didn’t work

    Finally i tured off this OWASP ModSecurity Core Rule Set to off.

    Now it is updating.

    I think you have to link rank math with many plugins. Like Cloudflare, w3 total cache and many others. many users don’t complain about rank math.

    Rankmath is a widely popular plugin. Now its time to expand it.

    We are glad that your issue is resolved. This issue usually occurs when the firewall on your server blocks our plugin’s routes. You will have to either whitelist the routes or disable the firewall in order to resolve the issue. There is nothing we can do from our end as it is related to server configuration.
