Meta boxes in older sites

Could you please confirm if those old pages were built using a different theme/builder?

Also, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it is also possible that there is a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thank you for that information.

I’ve checked your site and replicated the issue with your contact page.

Upon further investigating, it seems that there’s an error with the schema setup from that page that’s why the Rank Math option is not showing.

Since there’s an error upon editing the page using the block editor (Gutenberg), I’ve installed the Classic editor so we can remove the corrupted schema (deactivated it after).

And now you can edit your old page with Rank Math using Gutenberg editor.

I’ve installed and activated the Classic editor plugin and removed the schema being applied since they were corrupted.
