    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    I’ve used the site health check plugin and enabling troubleshooting disabled all plugins and used the twenty-twenty theme but still, I don’t see any social meta description box. I think your KB is outdated because rank math removed that feature? Anyways, I’ve added the WordPress login credentials in the sensitive data box. Have a look.

    I checked your site but I couldn’t replicate the issue. You can check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section of one of your pages.

    The screenshot you shared doesn’t load, if there is any specific URL we should check, please share in the sensitive section or create a screencast from your end using a tool like https://www.loom.com

    I found out the issue. Your KB is outdated. The social meta box is located in each page’s edit settings where Gutenberg and other page builders live. Can you replicate and show me a screen share of navigating rank math settings according to this KB? https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-box-social-tab/
