I have recently purchased a Rank Math Pro subscription, but my account still shows as Free, and on my dashboard it is asking me to “Buy Pro” again.
Details:
Email used for purchase: [insert email here]
Email/account currently showing as Free: [insert email here]
Order/Invoice number: [insert if available]
I believe the issue may be due to the account being connected to a different email address than the one I used for purchase.
Could you please help me:
Confirm my Pro subscription.
Merge or update the email addresses so my account correctly reflects Pro.
Ensure my WordPress site is connected to the correct Pro license.
I have attached a screenshot of my invoice for reference.
