I am logged into our account, but dont seem to have the ability to download the Pro version of Rank math even thought we do pay for the Pro version. It must be under another company email, cn we merge them?

We have tried a few of our company email to try and find what email we used to sign up originally, but can’t find it. Get we verify in some way we are the account owner and you can tell us the other Rank mat account with the charitycharge.com domain name – we know its under our domain name, just not sure the name that signed up. Please advise. Thanks.

We can see that the domain is connected to this account, but the subscription has expired already, and we do not have any option to revert a subscription that has expired. You will have to make a new purchase:
