I was able to check your site. The option to enable bulk editing seems it was already enabled on your site. You can add or hide columns from the posts list page from the screen options. One of your plugins was however conflicting with the bulk editing option, Post Types Order. I deactivated it and was able to use the bulk edit options. Please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section.

It’s not working in media/images, I don’t see any way to bulk edit titles etc in media library

To change the bulk editing options for your media files, you need to head to Rank math > General Settings and disable the option to redirect attachments. Once done you can head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Attachments, enable Bulk Editing options and save your settings. I already did this for you, and you should now be able to bulk edit the title and alt tags for the images in media library.

Spoke too soon, we see it’s now enabled, but we can’t actually edit anything, it’s not allowing us to enter anything, and it doesn’t show any save options.

We can see the edit fields in media, but the fields are “locked” and we can’t actually enter any text into them.

The plugin Post Types Order is known to cause issues with bulk editing. Since you seem to have it activated on your site, you will need to deactivate it to use the bulk editing options
To resolve the issue you will need to get in touch wit the plugin support as they change the cursor to move type to allow for drag and drop while on the post/media lists. They can modify the plugin to exclude the drag/drop feature when the cursor is on certain columns.
