Please try submitting your sitemap to Google Search Console here: https://search.google.com/search-console/not-verified?original_url=/search-console/sitemaps
If your sitemap fails to submit, please check with your host that your website meets all the minimum requirements to run Rank Math:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
