Mass no-index Changes for all articles in a Category

    Hi

    Is there a way for me to do index/no-index changes at scale? My site has thousands of articles, and after an SEO review we would like to add a no-index to all articles within a given category. There is no way for me to go article by article to do this change.
    I tried another plugin which allows mass setting but ran into an issue where the page ends up with two robot meta tags, one with no-index, put in by that plugin, and one with “index” put in by RankMath. If RankMath can’t do this, how do I disable the meta tag insertion so I can use the other plugin?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    We sorry but that option is not available in Rank Math. You can noindex the category itself but not the posts inside. You will have to do it manually. You can also noindex all posts in one go but not posts belonging to a particular category.

    With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so we’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, we’ll be sure to let you know.
