Which PHP version are you using?

You can find that out from WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info.

Are your user permissions correct? Are you logging in using an admin account?

The error you mentioned is related to that and is a core WP feature: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/map_meta_cap/

Are you using the Rank Math Role Manager?

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
