I am sorry to disappoint but Rank Math does not have the feature to make Google Analytics 4 GDPR compliant both on the free version and on Rank Math PRO.

No, that won’t make Google Analytics GDPR compliant. To get that compliance you need to install the tracking code for Google Analytics with other implementations such as the one from this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance/
With the switch to GA4 the previous implementation we had for UA properties to make them GDPR compliant was removed from the Google side and that is no longer possible, so now only plugins such as the ones we shared can be used for this purpose.
