Lots of DB recurring errors

    Hello,

    All sites running with RankMath get daily PHP errors like the one attached here.
    I run all options found under Status & Tools > Database tools for all websites but they still continue daily errors like those here.

    What else should I do?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Thanks for this but nothing really solves the problem.

    This happens on a daily basis, 1 error/day, at 8 different sites hosted at different servers. There is no plugin conflict and this error does not relate to a plugin conflict.

    I had already used the re-create DB tool and all others found at same page and I did it again but doesn’t solve the issue.

    I guess many users have the same errors but they simply do not monitor their servers.

    There is simply something wrong with the plugin that relates to the Analytics connection as this started with recent versions that added the Analytics features.

    From the error, it seems your site is missing some required tables. Could you please recreate tables by following these steps:

    1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO

    2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
    advanced mode

    3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    No, they are roughly on 3-4 different servers.

    I created a login for you at one of those 8 sites getting the same error.

    Kindly note that the re-create DB tool has already been used with no results so far.

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    You seem to have connected analytics option in Rank math but not given the required permissions, check the screenshot I added in the sensitive section.

    Please make sure you have given the Rank Math App permission to read the Google Search Console data.

    From here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    If not, please reconnect the Google Accounts, from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics
    reconnect analytics

    Once you have given reconnected your analytics, you can then head on and recreate tables as shown in my previous reply.

    That’s strange as I’ve already done this process for connecting with Google and don’t well understand why it was somehow reset.

    I’ve followed your instructions for all sites and I’ll keep an eye on this to see what happens.

    Unfortunately, the issue still persists at all sites with same errors.

    I’ve done exactly what I was instructed and all sites are well connected with Google with no errors and DBs are all re-created but I still get the same DB errors…
