Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused!
Changing WordPress Permalinks can negatively impact your search rankings, break any existing links external sites might be used to funnel traffic to your site, and break existing links you might be using on your site that lead visitors to that page.
For now, I would suggest you shift back to the Permalink structure you were using earlier and if you wish to change the Permalinks then you might want to follow a tutorial guide that circles around changing Permalinks safely.
Here are some guides that you might find useful:

Hope this helps.
Thanks!
Hi prabat, i have done all the changes then only i changed the permalink
Hello,
Thanks for your reply!
As you’ve changed your Permalinks, this might result in 404 pages or broken links. Broken links are not good from an SEO point of view.
You should keep an eye on your 404 logs. Rank Math offers the 404 Monitor which once enabled, logs all the broken links that are accessed by any visitor or Bots. You can Enable the 404 Monitor from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard (Make sure to enable the Advanced Mode first): https://i.rankmath.com/VCOxmc
You can use the 404 monitor along with Rank Math’s Redirection Manager to fix/redirect the broken links.
Please refer to our tutorials for more details:

Thanks!
Hi, prabat good morning , i have redirected all 404 to the homepage, does it affects?
one more thing already rank math automatically redirecting to the new link from old links
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
Redirecting your 404 entries to your homepage should fix it. Although it will still depend on Google whether they rank you or not.
You can resubmit your sitemap to your Google Search Console, leave it a couple of days for Google to recrawl your updated links and see if your stats changed.
We are looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
Changing permalinks do have a negative impact on the rankings.
https://ignitevisibility.com/why-changing-urls-can-devastate-seo-traffic/If you had stable rankings previously it would take some time to regain those rankings.
