Lost AI credits with Beta version

    Hi:
    I have had the pro math version for years under another account. With this website, I tried the Beta test with the Pro plugin and lost all the AI ccredits. I only used 2 credits. Can they be restored?

    I have stopped using Beta test plugin.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Turning on beta shouldn’t cause you to lose the AI credits.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
