    Hello.

    Could you please delete our account and your access to our wordpress e-shop background (tuchipo.com)? We uploaded your plugin and ever since we have lost access to our eshop background. We have been advised that it is your plugin that is blocking the access. Please remove the plugin asap or advise what needs to be done by our end. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I logged into your website via WordPress and cPanel and was able to replicate the issue. I renamed Rank Math’s directory under “/wp-content/plugins” and the admin area of the website was then accessible.

    However, I noticed that you had multiple SEO plugins active namely, Rank Math, AIO SEO, and The SEO Framework. It is not recommended to use multiple SEO plugins at the same time as they can result in conflicts and even do more harm than good to the website’s SEO.

    I deactivated AIO SEO and The SEO Framework and then activated Rank Math, and the issue was fixed. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.

    Currently, only out of the above SEO plugins, only Rank Math is active on the website.
