    Hello,

This is a follow on from this ticket which was closed without resolution: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/website-down-due-to-rank-math/?view=all

I have tried to follow the linked article suggestion but I am presented with the following message on our WordPress CMS every time I try a different version of the RankMath: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

At this time, we have no access to our 301s or data to export for our new website. Surely there is a way Rankmath can authenticate us and help retrieve this?

As you can imagine, not having access to this data is very damaging to our site and prevents us from ranking.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with restoring your 301 redirects using an older version of Rank Math.

Please contact your host and ask them to increase the upload_max_filesize to 128MB. Alternatively, you can follow this guide to do it yourself: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-the-uploaded-file-exceeds-the-upload-max-filesize-directive-in-php-ini-wordpress. Once you have increased the value, you should be able to manually install/update plugins on your website. You can then continue troubleshooting to find a version of Rank Math that works with your version of WordPress.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

Thank you Nigel, that has worked!!

We seem to have an older version of RankMath working fine and I see our 301s.

Do you have resource on how we move this account over to our new WordPress CMS? Particularly, as I’m not 100% sure what the account is it’s registered under (is there a way to find this?)

Thanks for your help so far.

    Hello,

We’re unable to find any account with the email addresses you have shared.

However, if you wanted to export your redirects, you can follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-manage-redirects-via-csv/#num-5-2-export-csv

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
