Hi, Team!
I would like to load my logo on facebook and twitter share posts. Like this: https://imgur.com/mtAzj2A
Is it possible?
Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You can actually make use of our Custom Image Watermarks available only on Pro/Business subscription. This will allow you to add your logo to your website’s Social Media thumbnail.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you, Jeremy for your quick reply!
It seems easy!
I have already read how to use it: https://rankmath.com/kb/watermark-for-social-sharing/
Before I upgrade to Pro, tell me only if I can change the size of the watermark, because in the article “How to Use the Watermark Option for Social Sharing in Rank Math PRO” the logo appears very small.
I want a little bigger or it depends on the size of the watermark file?
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for that follow-up.
Sorry to disappoint but that feature is unfortunately not available at this time.
With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know. You can only choose what position it should show in your image (bottom-right, top-left, center, etc). However, the watermark varies in your image size. Here’s a screencast using the watermark with different image sizes:

Hi, RankMath Team!
I just upgraded to Pro, but there is a big issue with the Watermark for social media. In WordPress admin, the preview seems great: https://imgur.com/a/Uf6ivv9
But when I share the post, the watermark appears completely cut 🙁 like this: https://imgur.com/a/ZA2dniY
How can I solve this?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
I’ve tried checking your homepage, but it seems it is not the affected URL. Could you please also share the affected URL to further check this issue? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section:
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Thank you, and looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
I’ve checked your site using Facebook Debugger Tool, and it seems that it’s showing a different result. Could you please check the screenshot in the designated sensitive data section?
However, it looks like you haven’t added your default Open Graph thumbnail in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta. Could you please confirm if you have already set up this section?
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello, Reinelle!
Thank you for your help. I already made the changes.
I wrote a new post, however it continues to appear with the watermark cut:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fbragatv.pt%2Fsc-braga-derrotado-pelo-sporting-por-1-0%2FThe logo appears bigger and cropped.
Regards,
AngélicaHello,
Please use a small image for watermarks. The image you are using is too big.
Hello,
I already did and the logo doesn’t appear:
https://bragatv.pt/test-rankmath-logo/
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fbragatv.pt%2Ftest-rankmath-logo%2FAs you can see, it has nothing to do with the logo size, but the size of the preview of RankMath plugin in WordPress does not match with the size of social media:
https://imgur.com/a/mIzxvdWThat’s why my logo appears cropped when I share the post on social media.
How can I solve this? Otherwise I want the refund of the money I spent.
Hello,
Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), could you please try using an image (open graph image) with Facebook’s recommended resolution of 1200x630px and see if the issue still persists?
If that didn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
