I enabled troubleshooting mode and the logo seems to be saving with Rank math only enabled. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Hi,
The problem seems to be with the theme. I have tested each plugin separately and the problem persists. When I switch to a basic theme, however, the problem goes away.
I have already contacted my theme creator, and they directed me back to you.
What can I do to fix this problem?

We are investigating this further. Please note that the logo does indeed save and you can check and modify the image by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO > Logo
