  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues customizing the logo for Google in Rank Math. If you have customized and saved the logo multiple times but it is not being adopted, there might be a caching issue causing the problem.

To resolve this, please try clearing any caching plugins you have installed on your website or any server-level cache. Clearing the cache can help ensure that the changes you make, like customizing the logo, are reflected correctly on your website.

If the issue persists after clearing the cache, please ensure that the logo you are trying to upload meets the minimum supported resolution of 112×112 pixels and is in a square variation as recommended by Rank Math.

If you continue to experience difficulties with customizing the logo for Google, feel free to reply here, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello, I have followed all the tips, deleted the cache, the logo is square, unfortunately it still does not work.

    Hello,

It seems that the logo you are referring to on the search results is the favicon.

Our plugin is not responsible for controlling the favicon that appears on your website. Usually, that’s built into the theme options.

You can also check the guidelines that Google has for that here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search

Please make sure that you have the same setup on your website.

    Looking forward to helping you.

no i really mean the logo for google.

it even says logo for google

    Hello,

The field in the Local SEO settings is to add your Logo to the Schema. That field is not for favicon. It is also not recommended to add the favicon there, you should use your site’s original logo.

For favicon, you will have to follow the guidelines shared by my colleague and wait for Google to decide to show it in the SERPs.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hello, I know that, I just want to change the logo there, but it is never adopted. Simply change the logo, this function does not work. My question is why.

    Hello,

In this case, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.

If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule

You can check this link for more information:

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
