  • Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with your logo not appearing correctly on Google Search. To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that your logo is properly set up in Rank Math.

Here are the steps to set up your logo in Rank Math:

    1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Titles & Meta > Global Meta.
    3. Scroll down to the Social Meta section.
    4. Upload your logo under the Default Social Share Image option.

If you have already set up your logo in Rank Math and it’s still not displaying correctly, please ensure that the image meets the minimum resolution of 112×112 pixels.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I’ve followed the steps from your Bot – there is no “Default Social Share Image option”. The only thing I can see is the ‘OpenGraph Thumbnail’ but that says it needs to be 1200 x 630.

Where is the correct place to add this Favicon? Please note, I have already added the Favicon to my site setting to be the default Site Icon. It shows in the navigation bar when I am on a page, but not on Google Search.

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Please note that our plugin doesn’t control the favicon, it is usually your theme that is generating the favicon so you need to make sure that your favicon is properly configured. You may check with your theme author for that.

Even so, it is up to Google to decide if they wish to insert the icon on the SERP, it will depend on several factors, and website authority is one of those factors.

As for the logo, you can configure it in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO:

    Hope that helps.
