    Okay, I have looked into this and I need to let you know more info.

    this account I am writing from is my personal account.

    Professional account (see email in Sensitive Data) is inaccessible. I even thought it was deleted but it is still registered.

    All I can tell you was I was premium membership, but went back down to basic. and ever since then, I cannot log in.

    Please help send a password reset to the email as it wont let me press the reset password button when trying to reset the password for my professional account.
