    hi- i am on the paid wordpress platform at skiplaylive.com. I hired someone to clean up my site and they added rankmath. when i try to activate analytics, it wants me to login but keeps sending me to a different wordpress account that i must have had before setting up my site. i absolutely do not want analytics from there. How do i fix this so RM is connected to skiplaylive.com?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    When you go into WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, do the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup? Meaning both URLs have the same exact value. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.

    Also, can you please try connecting your account again but this time, try doing it on an incognito tab or in a different browser?
