You have opened the ticket in the PRO forum but since your subscription status is set as Free, you have been locked out from accessing it.
We don’t see that transaction in our system so it might still be pending on PayPal.
Could you please check the transaction details and see what is the transaction status which is mentioned at the very top:

If that says anything other than complete then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.

Can you please check the transaction status in your PayPal account? It should be there in your PayPal account’s Activities page: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/activities/
Please share the status so we can check this with our payment provider.
