The location schema is coming from a differnt plugin. To determine that,
please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

When I switch it off the LocalBusiness schema should disabled, right?

Yes, when you disable the Local SEO module, Rank Math will not put the Local Business Schema on your site.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that another plugin or your active theme is generating that Schema on your site. Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section. It is most likely being added by a plugin with a name/function of site-reviews-schema
You can follow my colleague’s advice above to find the culprit.
