Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please share the sitemap URL with us so that we can check this further for you?
Meanwhile, you can try the following the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/3. If the above steps doesn’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');Here’s how you can add filter/hook to your WordPress site:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I have already tried everything you will ask me to do !
i tried the filter, the permalinks and update the sitemap count
nothing workedHello,
In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Please share your sitemap URL with us here. So that we can check as well.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
i just checked it and it’s showing now !!!
maybe you have an issue with litespeed cache plugin with a litespeed enterprise server !
I believe that you should test it with litespeed cache and perfmatters pluginsHello,
If the sitemap started appearing after a while it’s clearly a caching issue and the steps mentioned in the first reply here will help fix the issue: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/local-sitemap-xml/?view=all#post-511126
Please make sure to follow them and even configure the performance plugin you have with the instructions in the KB shared.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
I have added a no cache for sitemap as instructed and tried all the steps at the time !
I’m 100% not a beginner and almost all my tickets turned out to be bugs and some of them were fixed in the previous releases.
If you think reporting such bugs is annoying for you then i will stop !Hello,
Please try adding the following filter to your site to exclude sitemaps from the transient cache: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#transient-cache
Once done, remove any XML files from
wp-content/uploads/rank-mathto ensure no transients are left behind. The sitemaps should work fine after that without any issues. Also, the local sitemap is a PRO feature and you have created this ticket using a Free account. Please share the email address you used to purchase PRO or the receipt of your purchase so we can locate your PRO account.
Looking forward to helping you.
