Local SEO settings not visible

    Hi Team,

    we are using Rank math Business version. I want to know as how to access the Local Seo settings such as Address, Business Type, Opening hours etc.

    When I goto LocalSEO settings I see only few limited fields which are person/company, Name, logo, url. No other field is shown here to me where as the link below states that there are many more fields present for localSEO.

    Google is reporting missing optional structure data error. For ex the error being reported is “Missing field address (optional)”. I need to verify if address is really missing or not and as per my understanding the address must be entered in the Local SEO setting but I could not able to find it as system is not showing me any other field except the 4 I mentioned. Please guide me on this.

    Thank you for that information.

    If those details are not showing in your Local SEO, please ensure that the Local SEO & Knowledge Graph module is enabled in Rank Math > Dashboard.

    Also, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

    Hi,

    Thanks as I am able to see the Local SEO setting. I have added the address details and saved it but still google and semrush both are complaining that address info is missing in structured data. Can you please guide why the issue is appearing after adding the address detail in local SEO.

    Hello,

    I can check that there are four LocalBusiness Schemas applied to your site. One is from Rank Math that is validating fine, the other three are from some different plugin or your theme.

    You can follow this guide to figure out which plugin is adding the affected Schemas: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Are you sure that there are multiple schema on all pages and that is the reason of error? FYI, We do not have any other schema plugin in our system other than rank math. You can check self as well as I have shared the access already.

    I have checked the below 2 pages randomly and I cannot see those 4 different schema which you are talking about. Kindly check in below 2 pages and confirm me on this before we move to other page (there are 80 pages)

    1. https://ridgevalleyexteriors.com/roofing-services/ : I can see 2 and I believe both are rankmath and still error is coming from google that location is missing (I can see location in schema).

    2. https://ridgevalleyexteriors.com/roofing-services/roofing-contractor/: I can see only 1 schema definition and it is from rankmath and still it is having location/address missing error

    Please share your inputs on the above 2 first.

    Hello,

    1. This page has multiple Schemas applied to it and only one of them is coming from Rank Math, which is added inside a script tag with the class rank-math-schema-pro.

    2. The exact same issue is happening on this page where all the LocalBusiness markup is being added at the top of your page either manually or by some other plugin/theme.

    Since none of the LocalBusiness Schema is being added by our plugin you should first pinpoint exactly how that markup is appearing on the page and then make the changes accordingly.
