Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We can see from the screenshot that the Rank Math meta box icon is not showing.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2cOnly the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Any updates on the issue?
Please let me know.
Thanks & RegardsHello,
We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay in response.
For further troubleshooting, we might need the FTP logins of your staging website.
If you’re not sure about your site’s FTP logins, you can get in touch with your hosting provider and then share the logins in the sensitive data section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
As per Mr. Adetayo’s response, I have shared the link for a temporary login. At the moment, I do not have the FTP credentials. Kindly look into the issue and let me know if you are able to resolve it. Thank you.
Hello,
At the moment, the llms.txt file is redirecting to itself, causing a redirection loop and we can’t debug this in the WP admin dashboard alone. We need access to your website’s FTP to check if the .htaccess file is causing it.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing the FTP login, and we apologize for the unexpected delay in response.
We tried to check your website again for troubleshooting, but the temporary login URL you shared has expired and is getting redirected to your homepage.
Please renew and extend the login to at least 3 days, and share this in the sensitive data section so we can check the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
This looks like heavy caching issue on your website that affected our llms.txt file.
Can you please check with your hosting provider if your site has any server-level caching services? If so, please ask them to clear your website caches and make sure to exclude llms.txt file.
At the moment, we’ve reverted the .htaccess to the default again and the file now works:
However, if the issue persists on your end, we suggest you check with your hosting provider as we suggested above.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
