I have done the following troubleshooting:
Check for Updates: Ensure that both WordPress and the Rank Math plugin are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, bugs in older versions can cause inaccuracies.Reanalyze Your Pages: You can use Rank Math’s SEO Analysis tool to reanalyze your pages. This might help in refreshing the data displayed in the SEO details. You can find more about this tool here.
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear the cache to ensure that you are viewing the most recent data.
Check Settings: Review your Rank Math settings to ensure that everything is configured correctly. Sometimes, incorrect settings can lead to discrepancies in the data displayed.
However, I can see that my pages are not showing the correct links. For example, I know that my Cabin Policies page has at least 2 internal pages linking to it, but it only shows 1. All 5 pages on my site link to the Booking page, but that shows 6 external links and only 1 incoming link, no internal links. It should actually be 3 external links, 4 internal links and 5 incoming links (I believe; not sure what the difference is between internal and incoming but I am guessing internal is outgoing). They all appear to be incorrect. How do I fix this?

- Go to Rank Math SEO in your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Status & Tools.
- Click on Database Tools.
- Enable Advanced Mode if it’s not already enabled.
- Click on Delete Internal Links Data.
After resetting the internal links count, you will need to open and save each post again through your browser for Rank Math to accurately count the links.
Understanding Internal vs. Incoming Links:
- Internal Links: These are links that go from one page on your site to another page on your site.
- Incoming Links: These are links pointing to the current post from other posts/pages on the same website.
