Linking my ai credits to my rankmath

    Please help

    How do I activate my AI credits to my Rankmath account?

    I am using the latest version of Rankmath

    The RankMath account which the credits were purchased under is: Username: gary-5798

    Do I need to locate my original RankMath account where my websites are connected and request one of them to be changed so they match up? If so where is this?

    There is no redirections tab in my free version of Rankmath

    I have followed the help tutorial

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    As for your redirection issue, please ensure that the redirection module is activated on your Rank Math Dashboard > Module:

    After enabling the module, that should allow you to see the redirections page.
