Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the featured image not displaying when sharing your website link on Facebook or Viber. Thank you for providing the URL and the screenshot of the error.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check Open Graph Image Settings
Make sure you have added the Open Graph image in the Rank Math Meta Box for your page. You can refer to this guide on how to add social meta: Social Meta using Rank Math.
2. Verify Image Dimensions & Format
Ensure that the image you are using meets the recommended dimensions of 1200px X 630px and is in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or AVIF). If the image dimensions are too small or too large, Facebook may not display it correctly.
3. Check URL Accessibility
You should verify if your page URL and Open Graph image URL are accessible. You can use this URL checker to check if your URLs return a status code HTTP 200. If there are any errors like a 403 Forbidden error, that could prevent Facebook from accessing your content.
4. Inspect Page Source
Right-click on your page and select View Page Source. Look for the og:image
tag in the source code. If it’s missing, Rank Math might not be able to print your social tags correctly. You can follow this troubleshooting guide to identify any potential conflicts with other plugins or themes.
5. Scraping Again
After making any changes, you can try scraping your URL again using the Facebook Sharing Debugger: Facebook Sharing Debugger. This tool will help you see how Facebook reads your page and can also clear its cache for your URL.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, we recommend replying to this ticket so a human agent from our support team can assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!
