Which AMP plugin are you using?
If you are using AMP for WP, please choose Rank Math from the dropdown at WordPress Dashboard > AMP > Settings > SEO.
If you are using any other supported AMP plugin, please enable Rank Math’s AMP module at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
Then, please view the page source of your AMPs to see if the canonical is added just once. If it is, just click on “Validate Fix” in your Google Search Console.

We are extremely sorry about this and for the late response. Your reply was stuck in spam due to the use of links in your reply.
Unfortunately, we do not support that AMP plugin. Please switch to some other like AMP for WP or ask your AMP plugin provider to give you instructions on how to remove the canonical tag on AMP added by that plugin.
