I checked the source of the website and the og:image (social image) tag is missing.
Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta, and set a default OpenGraph Thumbnail for your website to fix this issue.
You can also set the social images for individual posts/pages/CPTs.

I also checked the source of the /blog/ page and there are two issues present.
Firstly, the dimensions of the og:image tag are 1500px X 1000px and secondly, the image is of JPG extension. You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
The recommended dimensions are 1200px X 630px and the supported image formats are JPEG, PNG, and GIF.
Please set the image of the recommended dimensions and of the supported format and that should fix the issue.

as suggested i have added image with mentioned sizes 1200*625 and jpeg format to my blog page. on checking through Facebook sharing debugger tool it gives a different image along with a error URL requested a HTTP redirect, but it could not be followed.
also i tried adding updated img to one of my blog post(link in sensitive data) it also gives me same error URL requested a HTTP redirect, but it could not be followed.
on twitter card validator it gives me a error ERROR: Fetching the page failed because it resulted in too many redirects.

Hello,
I checked the blog page’s source again and I can see that the image is updated now. I scraped the page with Facebook’s Debugger tool and the 301 redirect error is fixed. You can check the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
However, I did notice that the correct image is still not fetched. Upon investigating further, I found that there is a huge amount of internal CSS code added to the page’s source which is pushing the OG image tags in the lower section of the page.
You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket. This was not the case when I last checked your website (covered in the screencast I shared with my previous reply).
Social media platforms only check for the social images under the first 60kbs of the page and if not found, they can use any image or no image at all. Please move the internal CSS codes to a separate CSS file and then after clearing your website’s cache, test the page again to see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks for the reply it has worked for a week. after few days when i updated some pages and worked on theme updates the issue again comes. when scraping with Facebook debugger it shows 301 redirect error and no images are fetched i have added few links in sensitive data. The images are in png format and 1200*630 sizes and upon viewing page source i got two different results on different browser.
On chrome: the OG image tags are in lower section
On Edge: the OG image tags are at top of the section
also please if you could help me with any article or best way to move the internal CSS codes to a separate CSS file that would be helpful.

I tried to login into your website’s admin area but the login link doesn’t seem to be working.

I have contacted our hosting provider and they check the possible ways to fix but couldn’t find any improvements all things looks good from their end. they suggested to contact SEO Plugin support for further help. I have updated the login access you can check that in sensitive data.
