The tool you shared seems to be counting all links within your domain including the menu items and your footer links as internal links.
Rank math SEO analysis on the other hand only counts links within your homepage content. If you also check your homepage you can note there aren’t a lot of internal links within the page content.
That said, please note that Rank math analysis is only meant to help you optimize your site content. The score doesn’t affect your page Ranking and you therefore don’t need to follow each test religiously.

Thank you for the detailed reply and that all makes sense now – I would still like to get all the tests as close to the optimum with each.
Is there a way to see all the links in a list from each page?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Unfortunately, Rank Math does not have that option. You can see the Link Counter in your posts/pages list page if you enable it in Dashboard > Link Counter. It will only automatically calculate your internal, external and incoming links.
