Could you confirm if you’re using any page builders? If yes, then please let us know the name of the page builder.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I am not using any page builders and I tried to staging environment but I didn’t find out the cause.
It is so weird that the incoming links show some numbers and I know there are not incoming links to some posts.

Could you please head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools. In the database tools, click on Delete Internal Links and check if the issue persist?
