  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with linking your Rank Math account. To connect your website to your Rank Math account, please follow these steps:

    1. Disconnect Your Current Account: Go to your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. If it shows that you are connected, select Disconnect Account.
      Choose Disconnect account

    2. Reconnect Your Account: After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button.
Click Connect Now in Rank Math

    3. Select the Correct Account: On the next page, ensure you choose the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO license. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the appropriate one from the drop-down list and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Activate Rank Math license

Once your website is successfully connected, you should see the status on the Help page of your WordPress dashboard and in your Rank Math Websites section.
    Check connected websites

If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Assuming that the Free and PRO versions are already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and then clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
    Transients

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
