    Good morning,

    I have a RankMath account and I had RankMath PRO license, which was automatically renewed. My renewal was due to be done from November, but now when I log into my account I get out that I have no subscription.

    Can you explain me what happened? I want to have my RankMath PRO license.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As per checking our records, Your Rank Math Business subscription expired last November 25, 2024 due to non-payment.

    Please note that FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically tried to the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    However, in your case, it’s possible that you have changed your payment method too late or for some reason renewal doesn’t work and the subscription already expired. You can purchase a new subscription from our site:  https://rankmath.com/pricing 

    It will not affect your site’s SEO setup and all the settings and data will stay the same on your site.
