    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Hi There,

    So I called my Bank. They told me on my end everything is correct (money balance etc.).

    They indicated it was payment Organisation Visa who rejected the transfer. The reason: payment terminal is not trusted.

    They told it could be also SSL Certificate issue.

    Can you help me with that?

    We are sorry about that but we do not have any SSL issues.

    It is possible that your card is not enabled for international transactions.

    Could you please ask them to unblock the transaction?
