I’ve just noticed this only happens when I’m logged in – so is it intended behaviour?
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The Frontend Stats Bar shows you the statistics of your current post/page so that you do not have to change tabs to check that. Here’s a guide with more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-stats-bar/
This bar is visible only to the logged-in users and the visitors of the website would not be able to see it.
If you wish to remove that bar, please click on the x
button on the top right corner of the bar. You can also disable it from Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:
However, it should display stats. If it just shows the Upgrade to PRO message, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
