Fixed, maybe others can do the same.
Okay, so I couldn’t login to the backend, was getting a PHP error. I loaded up the FTP and renamed the Rank math folder, logged back in, and then cleared my WP-OPtimize cache, and then re-activated the plugin and it works now.
Super weird.
