Last ticket is set to privat!?

    Hello,

    I asked for a refund in our last Ticket “Content AI”. I have seen a reply to my question, but can’t see it, because it says that I do not have the permission to see the topic. It’s set to “private”. What does that mean? Can you please clarify?

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    That ticket was created when your account was still a PRO account. Now that you have requested a refund (which we have honored), you no longer have access to your PRO tickets.

    We have gone ahead and moved that ticket to Free section so you can now access its content.
