If you have set the product categories as the primary taxonomy of the products in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products then the primary category will be used in the URL. However, if you have subcategories then the parent category will also be included in the URL. In this case, you will have to use a dedicated permalink manager plugin to only use the subcategory in the URL.
