/wp-content/languages/plugins
You can also download the language pack by following these simple steps:
1. Got to Settings > General in your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Scroll down to Site Language and change to your desired language and save.
3. Then head over to Dashboard > Updates
4. Scroll to the bottom, locate Translations and you may download the language pack here.

We do not like to push tables overload when added language as WP translation is not important. Is it possible to add folders and make SEO without tables overload for each site? As I understand you try to give us translation file but we do not need to translate WP admin and only see languages folder inside URL.

Could you please confirm if you wanted your site to have a subfolder for the translated version like domain.com/en or domain.com/fr?
If so, you can use some of these plugins that are already compatible with Rank Math and handle translation for your site that does the same:
